Casa Calypso – Corrado Greco / G’n’ B Studio

In this house, designed to open up to the landscape, every space – from the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms – is oriented towards the sea, to capture light, views, and silence. The windows and doors conceived for this villa are true design tools.

A project that enhances the constant dialogue between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, with large sliding glass surfaces that remove any visual barrier and create a seamless connection even when closed.

A12 – Puleo Architettura

Catania, 2024

This project, located between Aci Castello and Acitrezza, transforms a rural building into a contemporary residence suspended between memory and landscape. Lava stone interacts with exposed concrete, while full-height glazing frames striking views of Mount Etna and the coastline.

The house unfolds over three levels, with a bright living area defined by opposing glazed openings and a reinterpreted pitched roof. The Mediterranean garden, with a pool set among lava rock and native vegetation, reinforces the bond between architecture and nature, balancing tradition and contemporary language.

Casa Idda – Giuseppe Di Vita / Itinera studio associato

Nestled in the natural landscape of the Val di Noto, among olive and almond trees, the villa engages in a dialogue with its surroundings through essential volumes, natural materials, and minimalist glass and aluminum openings. These elements allow for visual continuity between interior and exterior spaces while simultaneously ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.

Facing the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the sea, it is an example of how architecture and landscape can merge in balance and harmony.

Casa Infinita – Gordon Guillamier

Nestled in the hills of Noto, this contemporary villa interprets its setting with restraint and sensitivity: a silent dialogue between architecture and landscape.
Every design detail is carefully considered to convey a sense of authentic comfort, while the scenographic openings modulate light and climate, creating a natural continuity between interior and exterior spaces.

Within such a refined context, we designed and installed window and door systems conceived as architectural elements, capable of combining high technical performance with rigorous aesthetic integration, contributing to the overall balance of the living experience.

One House – Iraci Architetti

Acireale (CT), 2018

One House villa in Acireale is defined by a geometric balance of recessed and overlapping volumes, designed to appear light and well proportioned. Large glazed openings extend the living area toward the pool and landscape, creating visual continuity between interior and exterior and a strong connection with the surroundings.

Overlooking Mount Etna, the sea and Taormina, the villa unfolds over three levels designed to ensure comfort and autonomy.
Social spaces, bespoke furnishings and natural materials interact with light and a subtropical garden, shaping an elegant architecture in harmony with the landscape.

An independent solution right in the middle of the city centre, whose internal spaces, which are structured on multiple levels, and wide open spaces afford a high living comfort.

A one-family villa, characterised by a rich relationship between the interiors and the various external spaces, also thanks to the windows which foster the penetration of light and of visual continuity.

A villa located just out of town, which opens up towards the outside to let you enjoy the splendid city panorama, without renouncing to the intimacy of private spaces. A beautiful swimming pool, enhanced by glass screens, completes this refined contemporary project.

House B – Balla-Calvagna

The renovation and enlargement intervention of a rural building, annexe of a manor in the heart of the Etnean landscape, gains value through a wise use of local materials and of natural light, which is captured by large and scenic openings.

IA-House – DiciottoLAB

Floridia (SR), 2010

Built between the Climiti Mountains and Contrada Chiusazza, the building is composed of a series of blocks which, by intersecting with one another, go along with the geometry created by the olive rows surrounding it. Thermal break aluminium frames, blinds between the glass and sliding shutters with fixed slats all contribute to the high energy efficiency of the project.
